Lokesh Kumar K serves as Vice President & Head of People Experience and Talent Transformation at Ridhira Group. A seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience in people strategy and HR technology adoption, he drives critical initiatives across talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and the overall employee life cycle. Before joining Ridhira, he served as AVP–HR at Casagrand, Chennai, where he led large-scale hiring and digital HR transformation. Lokesh has also worked with HSBC, Randstad, and Indusinfo in consulting capacities, contributing to the establishment of GCC locations.
